(Chairman of the Deacon Board)
One who puts the Lord first in all that he does. He counsels, cooperate and assist the Pastor in advancing the spiritual and temporal interest of the Church, visit the sick, prepare and serve the elements of the Lord’s Supper.

Keeps and accurate record of all business meetings of the Church, write all letters. The Church clerk register shall consist of all members’ baptisms, admission, etc. She serves as secretary of the joint board meetings and also, as secretary for the Pastor.
